Your first step towards support
Ready to begin? The first step is simple. Reach out to schedule an intake discussion where we can talk about our services and how we can best support your family. It's important to note that families must have Medicaid, and a mental health professional will need to submit a level of care intake form to initiate the process.

What to expect
Our intake process begins with a call to discuss your needs and goals. We'll schedule an intake meeting, where you will complete necessary paperwork and release forms. A mental health professional will then complete the level of care paperwork. We'll schedule a CASII assessment and submit an authorization request to Magellan. Once approved, we will hit the ground running to provide comprehensive support to your family.
